            <p>So what is threading? I&#39;m not talking about the act of creating threads like in forums and such..but a &quot;mystical&quot; form of eyebrow shaping. Many of you may know it but it seems like 90% of the people in my life that I mention it to look at me like I just spat out a word like googlymonwich. So for those 90% of you that are reading this and are still confused i suppose I could delve a little into what it is. I&#39;m not sure on the specifics of where it started and all that, but i usually get it done by Indian women. So its an alternative to eyebrow waxing without all the hot wax, you simply need a long piece of thread. I dont even think it is any special type of thread..perhaps in the threading world there are different thread diameters but to me, it&#39;s just one long piece of thread. So the &quot;threader&quot; bits onto one end of the thread and keeps it bitten throughout out the process...and with the remainder of the thread she creates kind of like a scissor with which hair is plucked out. A good time for a visual perhaps....<div>

</div>
</div><!-- end enclosure -->
</div><div>I feel like its a lot more precise than just waxing and hoping that the shape comes out right. This way you can control each strand of hair somewhat.&#160;</div><div>The reason i bring it up is because everytime i go get a threading..i always feel like it loooks horrible and I have even cried at times when i see my reflection. I&#39;ve always had a thing about looking too made up and fake. So today I went and I almost felt like crying because I felt that she made it too thin and I looked like a 70 year old trying to look young and hip. But i got over it and after a good comforting from a friend, I felt okay to brave the world with my freshly threaded eyebrow hair. Now, several hours later, I love it! I dont know why I go through this everytime, the rollercoaster of emotions. Isn&#39;t it funny that I know its going to be okay but almost am conditioned to respond differently.&#160;</div></p>
